A missing Middleton doctor’s body has been discovered in northern Wisconsin. A Wisconsin doctor’s corpse was discovered on Sunday, four days after she went missing after departing on a trek.
According to the Iron County Sheriff’s Office, Kelsey A. Musgrove, MD, was discovered dead at the Potato River Falls in northern Wisconsin on Sunday, April 3 at around 11:25 a.m.
According to the sheriff, Musgrove last made touch with anybody on Saturday, March 26 when she “reached the Potato River Falls in Gurney.” On Wednesday, March 30, the 30-year-old was reported missing at 12:07 p.m.

Kelsey Musgrove, a fellow at the University of Wisconsin, died while trekking late last month, according to officials.
According to the Iron County Sheriff’s Office, Musgrove last contacted loved ones on March 26, informing them that she had arrived at Potato River Falls in Gurney, more than four hours away from her hometown of Middleton.
Four days later, the Middleton Police Department faxed a description of Musgrove’s car to the Iron County Sheriff’s Office, asking them to examine the area around the path.
They ultimately located the car near the Potato River Falls parking lot. “All evidence at the area, as well as information from relatives and friends, lead us to suspect she went hiking along Potato River and did not return to her car,” the sheriff stated.

A missing Middleton doctor’s body has been discovered in northern Wisconsin.
Kelsey Musgrove had last been seen on March 26 while hiking near Potato River Falls in Iron County. Musgrove had not returned home to Middleton, according to the Iron County Sheriff’s Office, which got a notice on March 30.
Deputies discovered Musgrove’s car in a parking lot at Potato River Falls, and an air, ground, and water search was launched. WBAY-TV reported that over 25 agencies helped with the hunt.
The corpse of Musgrove was discovered near the falls on Sunday. According to the sheriff’s office, no foul play is suspected.
The death is still being investigated. Musgrove worked at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health as a cardiothoracic surgery fellow.

Eight days after her final communication, her corpse was discovered near the falls.
